Every neighborhood should have a coffeeshop! When we chose our house, it was in part because we had three coffeeshops within walking distance. But, in many places, including most of the residential neighborhoods outside the urban core of Austin, local land use restrictions prohibit neighborhood retail. Fixing that might be a good place to start!
